Thanh Bui ist von vietnamesischer Herkunft, in Australien lebend.
Er war ein Mitglied der Boyband North, welche sich leider im Jahre 2006 getrennt haben.
2008 nahm er bei Australian Idol teil und schaffte es bis in die Top 8.

Mirror Mirror hat er selbst komponiert und geschrieben.
Mit seinem Freund und North-Member Alf Tuohey hat er YinYang Productions gegründet, gemeinsam schreiben und produzieren sie Musik für und mit anderen Sängern/Produzenten weltweit.
Thanh Bui hat demnach unter anderem mit DBSK (Picture Of You) und Jimi Blue (Mission Blue - Album/DVD) zusammengearbeitet, um nur einige zu nennen.
Und er ist der Head der International Artist Academy.
